V neck short sleeves made in an 100% Egyptian ribbed cotton fabric.
How it’s made
The process to produce this V-neck short sleeves is very long and everything is made in house, to allow us to maximise quality control. The pattern is developed on CAD (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit; then the garment is assembled with maximum care and precision. the use of the computerallows us to have the utmost precision in shaping and size developing. In addition using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke garments on clients request; this garment has a deep cut V neck that is particularly comfortable and designed not to be seen when worn under open neck or polo shirts .
Charateristics of V neck short sleeves
The style of this product is very classic, but its simplicity results from an in depth study, due to this, the fit is always perfect. The main qualities of this V-neck short sleeves are extreme freshness and excellent hygroscopicity, the capacity to absorb perspiration. Consequently, these charateristics, make this fabric ideal for underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions; the fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this garment, ideal in summer. In addition, in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size. This garment is perfect after washing, due to the accuracy of production, the mercerizing treatment, and the long rest period of the fabric.
The colour of V-neck short sleeves
This garment is coloured using a coloured thread, so the fabric is made already coloured and no dyeing is necessary; the results of this process are brightness, deep tone and a resistence to fading. This fabric is double mercerized, first as thread and then again as fabric, to guarantee maximum brightness and freshness.
