How it’s made<\/h2>\n

The production process for this article is very long and everything is made in\u00a0<\/a>house<\/a>, to allow us to maximise quality<\/a> control; the pattern<\/a> is developed on CAD<\/a> (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit.<\/p>\n

After the garment is assembled<\/a> with maximum care and precision; using the CAD provides utmost accuracy in the shaping and in the size<\/a> developing.<\/p>\n

Using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke<\/a> garments on clients request.<\/p>\n

Charateristics of wide strap vest made in a ribbed merino wool and silk fabric<\/h2>\n

The cut of this product is classic, with wide straps enabling a very comfortable fit.<\/p>\n

The main qualities of this garment are its extreme warmth, softness and excellent hygroscopicity, the ability to absorb perspiration; consequently, these charateristics, make this very light fabric ideal for underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions.<\/p>\n

The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this garment, perfect in winter. In addition, in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size.<\/p>\n

This vest is perfect after washing<\/a>, because the silk<\/a> added to the wool brings stability, softness and prevents felting.<\/p>\n

The colour<\/h2>\n

This garment is coloured\u00a0 using a coloured thread, as a result\u00a0 the fabric is made already coloured and so no dyeing<\/a> is necessary. The results of this process are deep tone and a resistence to fading.<\/p>\n

Each garment is<\/strong> individually hand made with maxium attention to detail.<\/strong><\/p>\n
