Narrow strap vest made in an 100% Egyptian ribbed<\/a> cotton<\/a> fabric. Light and comfortable, this garment is perfect in all seasons.<\/p>\n

How it’s made<\/h2>\n

The production process for this narrow strap vest is very long and everything is made in house<\/a>, to allow us to maximise quality<\/a> control.<\/p>\n

The pattern<\/a> is developed on CAD<\/a> (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit; after the garment is assembled<\/a> with great care and precision.<\/p>\n

The use of the computer provides utmost accuracy in the shaping and in the size<\/a> developing. Using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke<\/a> garments on clients request.<\/p>\n

The cut of this product is classic, with narrow strap enabling a wide arm hole.<\/p>\n

The main qualities of this garment are extreme freshness and excellent hygroscopicity, the capacity to absorb perspiration; consequently, these charateristics, make this fabric ideal for underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions.<\/p>\n

The fabric together with the very confortable cut, makes this garment, perfect in summer. Furthermore, in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size.<\/p>\n

This vest is perfect after washing<\/a>, due to the accuracy of production, the mercerizing<\/a> treatment, and the long rest period of the fabric.<\/p>\n

This garment is coloured\u00a0 using a coloured thread, as a result\u00a0 the fabric is made already coloured and so no dyeing<\/a> is necessary; the results of this process are brightness, deep tone and a resistence to fading. This fabric is double mercerized, first as thread and then again as fabric, to guarantee maximum brightness and freshness.<\/p>\n
