Crew neck short sleeves made in a wool and cotton<\/a> fabric. This fabric is created by the joining together of\u00a0 two specific fabrics; on the outside there is the wool while the cotton is on the inside.<\/p>\n

How it’s made<\/h2>\n

The production process for this article is very long and everything is made in house<\/a>, to allow us to maximise quality<\/a> control.<\/p>\n

The pattern<\/a> is developed on CAD<\/a> (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit; after the garment is assembled<\/a> with great care and precision.<\/p>\n

Using the CAD provides utmost accuracy in the shaping and in the size<\/a> developing; using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke<\/a> garments on clients request.<\/p>\n

Charateristics<\/h2>\n

This garment has a perfect crew neck that is very comfortable also invisible when worn under a shirt and tie.<\/p>\n

The main purpose of the fabric is to avoid the wool being in contact with the skin, this is achieved by interposing a layer of cotton; the main qualities of this garment are its extreme warmth, softness and excellent hygroscopicity, the capacity to absorb perspiration.<\/p>\n

Consequently, these qualities, make this special fabric ideal for underwear for those with allergies furthermore it provides a perfect fit and no constrictions.<\/p>\n

The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this Crew neck short sleeves wool and cotton, perfect in cold winters.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams. In the production of this complicated fabric, we use speciality machines which are able to produce to two fabrics simultaneously.<\/p>\n

For this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size. This garment is perfect after washing<\/a>, because the cotton joined to the wool brings stability, softness and prevents felting.<\/p>\n

The colour<\/h2>\n

We do not colour this fabric because the dyeing<\/a> process would decrease the fibers’ natural softness.<\/p>\n

Average garment weight 165 grams<\/p>\n

Each garment is<\/strong> individually hand made with maxium attention to detail.<\/strong><\/p>\n
