How it\u2019s made<\/h2>\n

The process to produce this article is very long and everything is made in house<\/a>, to allow us to maximise quality<\/a> control.\u00a0The pattern<\/a> is developed on CAD<\/a> (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit; finally this article is assembled<\/a> with maximum care and precision.<\/p>\n

The use of the CAD provides us with the utmost precision in shaping and in size<\/a> developing; equally important using this system we don\u2019t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke<\/a> garments on clients request. This garment has an excellent crew neck that is very comfortable but also invisible when worn under a shirt and tie.<\/p>\n

Charateristics of the crew neck<\/h2>\n

The style of this product is very classic, but its simplicity results from an in depth study, due to this, the fit is always perfect. The main qualities of this item are an extreme freshness and an excellent hygroscopicity, the ability to absorb perspiration; these charateristics, make this fabric ideal for underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions.<\/p>\n

The fabric when combined with the very comfortable cut, makes this crew neck ideal in the summer months. Also in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size.<\/p>\n

This garment is perfect after washing<\/a>, due to the accuracy of production, the mercerizing<\/a> treatment, and the long rest period of the fabric.<\/p>\n

This garment is coloured using a coloured thread, so the fabric is made already coloured and no dyeing<\/a> is necessary. The results of this process are brightness, deep tone and a resistence to fading; this fabric is double mercerized, first as thread and then again as fabric, to ensure great brightness and freshness.<\/p>\n
