Longjohns made in a ribbed <\/a>Merino woo<\/a>l fabric. This fabric is light and has a natural elasticity due to the ribbed design; the qualities of this fabric make this garment fantastic for daily use in the cold months.<\/p>\n

How they are made<\/h2>\n

The production process for this article is very long and everything is made in house<\/a>, to enable us to maximise quality<\/a> control. The pattern<\/a> is developed on CAD<\/a> (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to ensure a perfect fit.<\/p>\n

At the end of this process the garment is assembled<\/a> with maximum care and precision.<\/p>\n

The use of the computer allows us to have maximum accuracy in shaping and size<\/a> developing; using this system we do not have any size limits, so we can create bespoke<\/a> garments on clients request.<\/p>\n

Charateristics of longjohns made in a ribbed wool<\/h2>\n

These longjohns have a great fit, that is particularly comfortable and also invisible when worn under trousers; the main qualities<\/a> of this garment are its warmth, softness and an excellent hygroscopicity, the capacity to absorb perspiration.<\/p>\n

Merino wool is an extremely soft, warm and very durable fabric<\/a>; consequently, these charateristics, make this very light fabric ideal for underwear with an excellent fit and no constrictions. The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this garment, ideal in cold winters.<\/p>\n

In addition, in order to make our longjohns even more comfortable, we produce them with an adjustable waistline; the waistband has a 3 button closure which allows you to regulate the size; moreover the fly is cut on the diagonal in order to guarantee total cover.<\/p>\n

As a result of this particular cut, whatever size you choose the coverage is always perfect. This garment is very good after washing<\/a>, because of the high quality of the Merino wool we use.<\/p>\n

The colour<\/h2>\n

This garment is made with fabric which uses a coloured a thread, so the fabric is made already coloured and no dyeing<\/a> is necessary; the results of this process are brightness, deep tone and a great resistence to fading.<\/p>\n
