How they are made<\/h2>\n

The production process for this article is very long and everything is made in house<\/a>, to enable us to maximise quality<\/a> control. The pattern<\/a> is developed on CAD<\/a> (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to ensure a perfect fit. Finally the garment is assembled<\/a> with maximum care and precision.<\/p>\n

The use of the computer provides us with the utmost accuracy in shaping and size<\/a> developing; using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke<\/a> garments on clients request.<\/p>\n

Tricot Merino wool is a very soft, and warm fabric<\/a>, the tricot technique makes the final garment heavier also more durable; consequently, these qualities, make this extremely heavy and soft fabric ideal for winter underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions. The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this garment, perfect in cold winters.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them with an adjustable waistline; the waistband has a 3 button closure which allows you to regulate the size in addition the fly is cut on the diagonal in order to guarantee total cover. As a result of this particular cut, whatever size you choose the coverage is always excellent.<\/p>\n

This garment is perfect after washing<\/a>, due to the high quality of the wool we use.<\/p>\n

We do not colour this fabric because the dyeing<\/a> process would decrease the fibers’ natural softness.<\/p>\n
