Sleeveless V-Neck made in wool and cotton; the cotton is on the inside against the skin to help prevent allergies.<\/p>\n

How’s the Sleeveless V-Neck made?<\/h2>\n

The process to produce this sleeveless V-neck is very long and complicated; to maximise quality <\/a>control, we make this garment completely in house. Once the pattern <\/a>is made using the CAD<\/a>, to ensure the right shape and a perfect fit, all the parts are carefully checked.<\/p>\n

Furthermore all the seams are made with attention to placement and detail, consequently this garment has a very high comfort level.<\/p>\n

We use CAD to give us the option to realize bespoke <\/a>garments to meet all the clients size <\/a>requirements. This model has a classic shape with a wide shoulder seam to provide great fit, the deep V-neck is designed not to be seen when worn under open neck or polo shirts.<\/p>\n

The charateristics of our wool and cotton sleeveless V-neck<\/h2>\n

This Wool and cotton<\/a> fabric is made of two layers; the main purpose of this fabric is to avoid the wool being in contact with the skin. So we place it on the outside and put the cotton on the inside. This structure helps prevent problems with irritation on very sensitive skin.<\/p>\n

Equally important, another charateristic of this fabric is its capacity to help in avoiding allergies. furthermore this fabric provides extreme warmth, great insulation and finally it has excellent hygroscopicity.<\/p>\n

Moreover, we produce our garments without side seams, this makes them very comfortable; the process to make this fabric is very complicated, we use speciality machines which are able to create to two fabrics at the same time.<\/p>\n

For this reason, our circular machines have different size diameters, this means that each machine produces a different size fabric. This sleeveless V-neck is perfect after washing<\/a>, because the cotton joined to the wool brings stability, softness and prevents felting.<\/p>\n

The colour<\/h2>\n

Last but not least we do not colour this\u00a0sleeveless V-neck\u00a0fabric because the dyeing <\/a>process would affect the natural softness of the fibers .<\/p>\n
